Subscribers of DashBoard FX are alerted in Real-Time by software, by email, and by SMS/Cell Phone messaging. There are NO additional charges for any of these added features. FX Universal believes that wherever you are, you should be able to receive your alerts and take advantage of potential trade opportunities. Most dealing desks around the world allow you to trade over the phone at no additional cost as well, so you are still able to trade even if you are not near your computer.

» When will my account be activated?
Your account will be activated as soon as our Billing Department verifies and processes your payment. It normally takes less than a few hours on a business day. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address on file for your account once the account has been activated.
If you are a DashBoard FX Subscriber and qualify for a discounted package from opening a FX Solutions Trading Account, your account will be activated immediately after your trading account is funded.

» Do I have to use a specific market maker?
DashBoard FX is compatible with any trading platform. It is the Ultimate Forex Trading Companion and is ideal to have up alongside any platform that you prefer for trading. FX Solutions is the recommended market maker due to their size and access to the Interbank market which allows them to offer superior execution to its clients.

» Do I have to sit in front of my computer at all times to trade?
Absolutely not. DashBoard FX was designed keeping in mind the needs of our clients and that it is not feasible to sit in front of a computer and/or trade online at all times. DashBoard FX alerts subscribers on the software itself along with email notification and cell phone alerting, at no extra charge. Most dealing desks around the world allow you to trade over the phone at no additional cost as well, so you are still able to trade even if you are not near your computer.

» Do you offer auto trading?
Autotrading is not currently a service option. Firms that do offer this feature generally charge a considerable fee per lot traded. All subscribers of DashBoard FX can still trade anywhere and trade anytime. All subscribers are alerted wirelessly at no extra cost and traders also have the ability to place orders over the phone with a dealing desk.

» Do I have to commit to the service for any time length?
There is no commitment period required when subscribing to DashBoard FX. Subscribers can take advantage of DashBoard FX on a month to month basis, or even preview it with our 10-Day Trial Subscription.

» Will my cell phone work with DashBoard FX?
DashBoard FX can transmit signals to any cell phone capable of receiving email text messages. The phone number should be provided in an email format (for example: phonenumber@cingularme.com)

» What is the difference between DayTrader and SwingTrader?
The difference between DayTrader and SwingTrader is the frequency of trade signals generated, and the depth of stop-loss and profit-taking levels. Traders who consider themselves extremely active in the markets would likely use DayTrader signals. Traders that hold positions overnight, perhaps even for several days may consider the SwingTrader signals. Signals for both DayTrader and SwingTrader strategies are provided on the same platform – at no additional charge. Traders may use one trading style exclusively, or use both in conjunction to take advantage of short-term and long-term trading opportunities simultaneously.
Stop-loss levels for DayTrader range between 15-25 pips with Profit-taking levels at 25-45 pips. Stop-loss levels for SwingTrader range between 25-40 pips with Profit-taking levels at 40-70 pips. Both offer signals based on the knowledge of experienced traders and institutional quality research, while at the same time catering to the differing trader personalities.
