» How will I be alerted?
When our system generates a signal, subscribers are alerted on their screens, by email, text message (SMS) as well as Instant Messengers such as AIM, ICQ, MSN or Yahoo.
There are NO additional charges for any of these added features. FX Universal believes that wherever you are, you should be able to receive your alerts and take advantage of potential trade opportunities.
Most dealing desks around the world allow you to trade over the phone at no additional cost as well, so you are still able to trade even if you are not near your computer.

» When are the signals sent?

» Where do I place the trades?
Since DashBoard FX is an independent desktop application, it can be used as a companion with the trading platform of your choice. You can trade with any broker and use DashBoard FX. However, you may qualify for a Free Subscription for opening an account with FX Solutions. Click here for Details.
When you receive a buy/sell signal, upon confirmation with your own analysis and risk-tolerance, you may enter the trade as an entry order in your platform using the price points provided.
DashBoard FX was designed keeping in mind that it is not feasible to sit in front of a computer and/or trade online at all times, which is why Email, SMS and Instant Messenger Alerts are provided. Most dealing desks around the world allow you to trade over the phone at no additional cost as well, so you are still able to trade even if you are not near your computer.

» Do you offer auto trading?
Autotrading is not currently a service option. Firms that do offer this feature generally charge a considerable fee per lot traded. All subscribers of DashBoard FX can still trade anywhere and trade anytime. All subscribers are alerted wirelessly at no extra cost and traders also have the ability to place orders over the phone with a dealing desk.

» What is the difference between the 3 types of signals, Day Trader, Swing Trader, and Position Trader?
DashBoard FX provides signals for 3 types of traders or trading styles:
Day Trader - Traders who consider themselves extremely active in the markets would likely use DayTrader signals. Day trading as a style is short term trading where a trade might last anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours. Stop-loss levels for Day Trader range between 30-50 pips with Profit-taking levels at 20-40 pips.
Swing Trader - Traders that hold positions overnight, perhaps even for several days may consider the SwingTrader signals. Stop-loss levels for Swing Trader range between 70-90 pips with Profit-taking levels at 50-70 pips.
Position Trader - A type of trader who holds a position for the long term (from several days to weeks or even months). Long-term traders are not concerned with short-term fluctuations because they believe that their long-term investment horizons will smooth these out. Stop-loss levels for Position Trader range between 160-200 pips with Profit-taking levels at 150-170 pips.

» Do I have to commit to the service for any time length?
There is no commitment period required when subscribing to DashBoard FX. Subscribers have the option to sign up for a one-time subscription or recurring subscription, which can be cancelled before renewal at anytime.

» Can I get a Free Trial?
FX Universal does not offer a free trial for DashBoard FX Pro for various reasons:
A free trial would be very attractive, but not very beneficial from a resource perspective. DashBoard FX is a dedicated trade signals and analysis tool with a significant number of resources allocated to it, including:
- Data & News Feeds
- Professional Subscription Services
- Operation & Maintenance of Data Centers
- Research & Development
- Training and Customer Support
- Administration and much more!
FX Universal helps all of our subscribers by providing them with highly personalized attention and support which are critical to a trader’s success. It would be impossible to commit the necessary resources to DashBoard FX if it were offered for free.
