Regulation

All FX Universal client funds are deposited with FX Solutions, regulated by the FSA in the UK and Australian Securities and Investments Commission in Australia. FX Solutions is accountable to the stringent standards of capital adequacy and financial reporting enforced by the FSA and ASIC. These authorities have the right to fine regulated firms and/or terminate an their regulatory status for violations of their respective rules.
